That’s where this course comes in. It explains what micro-aggressions are and the impact that they have. It’ll give you a clear action plan to make change in small but very significant ways.

About Your Teacher

My name is Jill Scott and I'm a freelance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Specialist.

I offer consultancy services but my first love is delivering training. So when I got the opportunity to give up my job and venture out on my own in 2011, I jumped at the chance.

I love sharing what I’ve learned over the past 20 years in the diversity and inclusion field. It gives me a huge buzz seeing people blossom and grow as they begin understand how to think about issues differently and doing their bit to make the world a fairer, more inclusive place. I know that’s what you want – and I’m here to support you.
